Orange Curd Buttercream

A delightful orange American buttercream recipe flavored with orange curd.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter (225 grams)
  • 4 cups icing sugar (460 grams)
  • 8 tablespoons orange curd (118ml)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (15 ml)
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter with your hand held or stand mixer.
  2. Add 1 cup of icing sugar and mix followed by two tablespoons of orange curd.
  3. Repeat until all ingredients, including the vanilla, have been included.
