Orange Curd Buttercream

Serves: 3.5 cups
- 1 cup butter (225 grams)
- 4 cups icing sugar (460 grams)
- 8 tablespoons orange curd (118ml)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (15 ml)
- Cream the butter with your hand held or stand mixer.
- Add 1 cup of icing sugar and mix followed by two tablespoons of orange curd.
- Repeat until all ingredients, including the vanilla, have been included.
